The classmates of Charles A. Minor, Liberia’s Ambassador to the United States of America request your joint support and willing
contribution to our sponsorship of a Liberian Flag Procurement Drive for the Embassy of Liberia.
We have chosen this project with the aim of assisting the Embassy in having flags readily available for distribution to civic groups,
organizations, institutions, churches, etc. requesting same from the Embassy for official use.
This will be an important contribution from you in assisting the Liberian Embassy meet one of the many daily routine obligations.

Dear Classmates:
We are pleased to acknowledge the appointment and the excellent performance of our classmate Charles A. Minor as Liberia’s
Ambassador to the United States of America. In acknowledgement of his preferment, here is an opportunity for each of us to
show our pride and support for him and for our country.
We are all aware of the financial burden facing Liberia in its effort for rebuilding. With this in mind, we are proposing to members
of Adele to join in this effort by having a fund raiser for the procurement of Liberian flags for the official use by the Embassy of
Liberia. These flags, when donated, will meet the demand of civic groups, institutions, churches, etc. on the Embassy.
We would like to have proceeds from the fund raiser available by October 15, 2005, at which time, an order will be placed with
the manufacturer to have the consignment of flags delivered for presentation to the Embassy by October 31, 2005.
We are requesting that each member of Adele participate by soliciting contributions from willing donors to achieve our goal and
meet our October 15, 2005 deadline. Also, while soliciting, please request contact information of the donors which we intend to
include in the data base of the Embassy for future use. We believe that this small act of patriotic gesture will demonstrate our
pride and support for our classmate and especially so for LIBERIA, our Home-Sweet-Home.
